Business Proposal: Your place our hydrotherapy pool on profit sharing basis.

Your space our pools is the basic idea of this scheme. According to the size of Hydrotherapy pools the no of users are decided. As it is always the bigger the pool more users more profits. But we are taking the minimum size and minimum no of patient for the case study.

Minimum Profits Estimations:

No’s of patient in one of the smallest pool (15 x 7 x 4ft) : 4-6 no’s patient can use this pool at one point of time.

The session is of 45 minutes each. And each day we can have 8 no’s sessions keeping the lunch time and in between transit period. ( 8 hr. a day) .

48 patients on 100% and 50% occupancy 24 patients can use the pool daily and each session will be of @Rs.500/- so each day collection will be at least Rs.12000/-. So the monthly estimate will be around Rs.3 Lac.

Now new pool will cost you Rs.10 lac upfront cost and them the maintenance cost of around @Rs.10000/ month.

We are proposing you the two type of proposal.

1.You pay us monthly rent of hydrotherapy pool. Which is @Rs.50000/- month in which we will take care for the pool maintenance as well. (for bigger size the rent will be different).
2. Second option - you are taking 50% and we will take 50% of the revenue in profit. The cost of maintenance will be extra.

So, you will be earning at least 2 lac every month. (one lac for therapist and other expenses)..

We will be providing you the pool with all systems and will take security of 20% of cost of Hydrotherapy pool (Which is 2-month income). +transportation +fixing cost.
The security will be refunded in case of pool is returned (the lock in period will be 3 years).
Other cost will be around 1.0 lac for deck. Or another ambience decoration. (apart from space).
(So in 6 month there will be breakeven point including the cost of security.)
Now we can use the same pool for many different applications in HYDROTHEAPY. We can tie up with various hospitals for recommendation and other clinics to fully utilization of the Hydrotherapy pool and increase occupancy. Increase in occupancy is equivalent to increase in income.
The Cost of other size of pool will be different and the mechanism will remain same only the cost of security will be increased.
